Junior Year:Scored at the ACC Cross Country Championships, NCAA Southeast Regional and the NCAA Championships in the fall • Placed 13th in the 5000 at the ACC Indoor Championships • Also placed 18th in the 3000 • Competed in mile as well during the indoor season • Finished 10th in the steeplechase at ACC Outdoor Championships • Followed that up with a 12th place showing in the 5000.

Sophomore Year: Competed in cross country in the fall • Qualified for the 5000 meter finals at the ACC Championships • Also competed in the mile, 1,500 meters, 3,000 meters, steeplechase and 5,000 meters.

Freshman Year: Ran cross country in the fall • Ran the 3,000 meters during the indoor season • Ran the 1,500 and the 3,000 during the outdoor season.

Prep: MVP in cross country and track for three years • Northwest Guilford Athlete of the Year in 2004 • 4A Conference Runner of the Year in 2003 and 2004 • Junior Olympics national qualifier in 2002 and 2003.
