Senior Year:
Earned All-America honors in cross country for the second straight year, finishing seventh • Southeast Regional cross country champion • All-ACC in cross country with a second-place finish • Established a new school record in the indoor 5,000 meters - 16:33.03 • Earned All-ACC honors in the 5,000 with a third-place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships • Became the third-fastest indoor miler in school history - 4:44.00 • Earned All America honors with the Distance Medley Relay team • Redshirted the outdoor season.

Junior Year:
All-America in cross country, finishing seventh overall • Earned All-Southeast Region honors in cross country with a runner-up finish • All-ACC in cross country with a third-place finish • ACC champion in the steeplechase • East Region runner-up in the steeplechase • Redshirted the indoor season.

Sophomore Year:

Freshman Year:
